I have used Desert Rose in the past with good results. This time, I had poor results. They did not get my carpet clean. It took me a while to reach the service manager, as she had been out sick. The owner also reached out to me. I had a different employee re-clean my carpet. It turned out beautiful, just like the first time. They went above and beyond to provide excellent cleaning service. My husband and I have reached the age and point in our health that trying to clean our own carpets are just to hard on us. Used Desert Rose for the first time and I am very impressed with their work.
